A Christmas message – 18/12/20

To all Players, Parents, Coaches and Volunteers,

As we move ever closer to the end of 2020, our thoughts are with those who have lost family, relatives or friends due to the pandemic.

A sincere thank you to all our coaches, managers and volunteers for keeping the club going through these difficult times.

Our club’s success is down to these people, who show such commitment across all age groups on a weekly basis.

Thank you to all parents and guardians for their co-operation and continuous support of the club.

A huge effort by everyone has ensured that we are fully compliant with the health and safety guidelines and requirements around Covid-19.

The committee would like to wish everyone a very happy, peaceful, healthy and safe Christmas.

We all look forward to getting back to some sort of normality as early as possible in 2021.

Stay well, stay safe and we hope Santa is good to one and all! Happy Christmas!

Best Wishes,
Esker Celtic Club Committee

RIP Greg Moore – 15/08/20

“All current and past members of our club are deeply saddened at the recent passing of Greg Moore, who was a true gent and football man.

I and many of our other club members have very fond memories of Greg’s laid back approach and desire to simply let the kids play.

Greg had a wonderful sense of humour and he will be greatly missed.

Our thoughts are with his loving wife Imelda and extended family at this time.

May Greg Rest In Peace,

Paul Cleary
Chairperson of Esker Celtic Football Club”
